LIVE UPDATES: Creato hearing

David 'DJ' Creato is being arraigned in a Camden courthouse this afternoon in the murder of his toddler son.

Creato reported Brendan, 3, missing on the morning of Oct. 13. The child's body was found just hours later in park blocks from his Haddon Township home.

Mystery surrounding the case deepened as autopsy results came back inconclusive and a toxicology report was negative. Then, on Monday, Creato was indicted on charges of first-degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child handed down by a grand jury.
