WINSLOW – Want to keep an alleged marijuana grow site secret?

Don't post selfies in an illegal garden on Instagram.

Winslow Township Police allege a township man's Instagram account lead authorities to an alleged grow site on an abandoned lot on Brearly Drive in Sicklerville.

Neighbors reported seven marijuana plants on the abandoned property, prompting police to investigate the site, police said.

When the Winslow Township Narcotics Unit investigated the property the week of July 13, they allegedly found Connor Kennedy tending to his crops during late night-early morning hours, police said.

During the same week, Kennedy allegedly posted numerous photos of himself with the marijuana plants on Instagram. GPS coordinates in the photos' data lead investigators to the site, police said.

Kennedy, 20, was arrested Thursday, processed and released, police said.
