Police: Pennsauken man stole scrap metal

BURLINGTON TWP. – Police have arrested a Pennsauken man accused of stealing scrap metal from a car dealership in Burlington Township.

Employees of Liberty Toyota on Route 130 reported metal was stolen from a container at the business around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

They told police the thief was a white man driving a red Dodge Dart. The car returned to the dealership later in the day and police were notified.

Police said officers from Burlington and Cinnaminson townships stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver, 25-year-old Ryan R. Brumbaugh.

Brumbaugh was charged with theft and released on his own recognizance.
