As part of the plea agreement, Assistant Prosecutor Alec Gutierrez will recommend Superior Court Judge Kevin T. Smith sentence Dempsey to five years in New Jersey State Prison, according to the prosecutor's office.

Dempsey will be sentenced Jan. 20.

He was charged Dec. 22 after information from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task force notified Deptford Township Police and the prosecutor's office images of children engaged in sex acts had been uploaded to an email address at Dempsey's residence, the prosecutor's office said.
