FRANKLIN - A checkbook stolen from a Franklinville residence belonged to a township Girl Scout troop, police said.

Police said five checks totaling $3,138.32 were cashed using the stolen checkbook that belongs to Girl Scout Troop No. 60312.

An investigation led police to a pair of township residents, Tyler A. Fuller, 23, and Lauren C. Landers, 20. The pair allegedly cashed the checks at a check-cashing business in Glassboro and a bank in Elmer.

They were arrested Thursday at a home in the 300 block of Malaga Park Drive on charges of theft, forgery and conspiracy.
